Ottawa University, established in 1865, is seeking a Graduate Assistant Student Ambassador Program Coordinator to manage the student ambassador program and support Admissions office functions. This part-time, 29-hour per week position is responsible for assisting the Admissions Operations Coordinator with training, scheduling, managing, and monitoring the student ambassador program. The role involves daily visit coordination, supporting admissions events, assisting in the hiring process of student ambassadors, developing and coordinating onboarding and ongoing training, monitoring productivity using Salesforce reports, ensuring data integrity, providing support to student ambassadors, collecting mail, managing the front desk, creating scholarship sheets, and assisting with social media management for the admissions office.
