This position provides support to remote faculty with hybrid technology for face-to-face classes, requiring availability up to 3 hours once a week, according to the course schedule. The assistant will support faculty course/curriculum updates in the university’s Learning Management System, assist in developing PowerPoint material for classroom activities, and support faculty in grading assignments as needed. Additionally, the role involves providing analytical support for program metrics, such as student and alumni data and survey analysis, as well as report-writing and data-gathering support for accreditation requirements. The position also includes office management tasks, such as occasional proctoring of exams for other faculty in the Dahlkemper School of Business when requested. Key competencies include critical thinking and professionalism, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced autonomous environment and prioritize tasks to accomplish organizational goals. This position includes remitted tuition benefits and a stipend, with a typical work schedule of 10 hours per week for a one-year appointment. The Graduate Assistant reports to the MHA Program Director.
