About The Position
Looking for a Lipscomb University student worker to assist the program director with various Lifelong Learning class needs and Sr. Alumni events. This role involves supporting Zoom classes, event registration, event setup, communication, and the production of reunion materials.
Requirements
- Must be a Lipscomb University student
- Federal work study eligible (may be)
Responsibilities
- Run Zoom cam during classes
- Send Zoom recording links to class members after each class
- Assist with class registration each week
- Provide pre-class event set-up in Longview Mansion
- Provide email communications support to registrants
- Provide assistance with event registration, pre-event and during
- Assist with the production of the reunion Bio Booklet
- Co-coordinate reunion events during Bisons Weekend
- Assist with Golden Circle breakfast during Bisons Weekend
