About The Position
Looking for a Lipscomb University student worker to assist the program director with various Lifelong Learning class needs and Senior Alumni events. This role involves supporting both virtual and in-person events, managing communications, and assisting with event logistics and production.
Requirements
- Must be a Lipscomb University student
- Ability to assist with class registration
- Ability to provide email communications support
- Ability to assist with event registration
- Ability to assist with event set-up
- Ability to assist with event production
Nice To Haves
- May be federal work study eligible
Responsibilities
- Run Zoom cam during classes
- Send Zoom recording links to class members after each class
- Assist with class registration each week
- Provide pre-class event set-up in Longview Mansion
- Provide email communications support to registrants
- Assist with Sr. Alumni events, including Bison Weekend 50th Class Reunion and Golden Circle Breakfast
- Provide assistance with event registration, pre-event and during
- Assist with the production of the reunion Bio Booklet
- Co-coordinate reunion events during Bisons Weekend
- Assist with Golden Circle breakfast during Bisons Weekend
