About The Position
This is a Graduate Assistant position within the School of Health Sciences, specifically for the Center for Interprofessional Healthcare Education (IPE). The role involves working directly with the director and assistant director, conducting literature reviews, summarizing survey data, assisting with conferences, and managing Blackboard organizations. The position may be combined with a GA role for Simulation based on abilities and interest.
Requirements
- Experience and interest in the concepts of interprofessional healthcare education and collaborative practice as indicated by participation in those programs at Quinnipiac University.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the director and assistant director of the Center for Interprofessional Healthcare Education each week.
- Conduct literature reviews and draft writing of the literature according to a template provided.
- Draft summarization of survey data according to a template provided.
- Assist with fall and spring conference/summit.
- Revise and build Blackboard organizations for the Center.
- Position may combined with the GA for Simulation in the School of Health Science depending on abilities and interest.
