About The Position

This is a temporary position for a Graduate Apprentice for the Moseley Center at Elon University. The role involves supervising and mentoring a team of over 36 student staff, developing hiring plans, and leading the interview and selection process. The apprentice will also assist in managing the campus/student center services, planning and implementing projects, developing student organization office leaders, and aiding with summer camps/conference planning. Additionally, the role includes contributing to department planning initiatives, priorities, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Admittance to the M.A. in Higher Education Program

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of 36+ student staff
• Develop hiring plan for student staff
• Lead interview and selection process for student staff twice a year
• Assist with the management of the campus/student center and its services
• Plan and implement projects that impact the Student Center
• Develop student organization office leaders to add to and support the mission of the Moseley Center
• Assist with upcoming summer camps/conference planning
• Contribute to department planning initiatives, priorities, and reports
