About The Position

The Grader Operator is responsible for palletizing, denesting, and managing the flow of product from entry into denesting through the plant and out the cooler door.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to take direction and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the denester team is aware and prepared when the product type is changing.
• Monitor issues with the grader machines.
• Verify egg size and ensure eggs receive the appropriate packaging.
• Serve as a liaison with the quality team.
• Print labels for palletizing.
• Work closely with the USDA representative.
• Keep the work area clean, follow GMP, and wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
