About The Position
The Department of Physician Assistant Studies is seeking to hire up to two students to offer academic support for students in the PADP 6030 Clinical Gross Anatomy course directed by the Physician Assistant Studies Course Director/Anatomy Faculty. This position will offer tutoring support for 6 hours per week. In addition to serving as a tutor, this position will also assist students with lab set up, providing advice, test taking and study strategies, which include face to face or virtual guidance and academic support across a cohort of students enrolled in PADP 6030 Clinical Gross Anatomy. Peer tutor will provide supplemental review and tutoring sessions and will need to complete orientation and attend planning meetings. Students completing their first year of PA school are encouraged to apply.
