About The Position

The Grace Kids Coordinator provides leadership and support for both preschool and elementary ministries by partnering with ministry directors and teams to ensure a safe, engaging, and well-staffed environment. This role focuses on volunteer recruitment, training, scheduling, and overall ministry execution.

  • Ability to perform services independently, without direct supervision, as well as work cohesively within a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude, even when under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Preschool and Elementary Directors to recruit and onboard volunteers.
  • Lead and support training and development of volunteer teams.
  • Create and manage volunteer schedules.
  • Oversee weekly ministry operations.
  • Serve as Hallway Coordinator as needed.
  • Assist in planning events and special projects.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Maintain child safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
