Your primary focus will be private utility locating and concrete scanning to mitigate the risk of delayed projects and serious injury on site. Requirements

Drive and ability to learn how to use GPR and other equipment to complete locating projects.
Skills in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Must be able to pass a thorough background check, drug screen (including ongoing random testing).
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
Physically capable of carrying up to 60 pounds.
Ability to work/walk on concrete and/or walk for long periods of time.
Comfortable working on small to large construction sites.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights/weekends as needed.
Must live within or be willing to move within 30-50 miles of Houston, TX.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Subsurface Investigation Methodology (SIM).
Experience with drone and laser scanning.
Familiarity with BOMA Heatmaps.
Experience with Virtual Floorplan & BIM Integration.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Project Manager on the Rapid Response Team, providing a consultative approach to client needs.
Perform private utility locating and concrete scanning to mitigate project delays and safety risks.
Utilize Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and other equipment to complete locating projects.
Provide accurate as-built documentation, including utility maps, 3D CAD, and BIM models.
Conduct reality capture, existing conditions documentation, 3D photogrammetry & laser scanning, and utility mapping.
Perform subsurface and infrastructure data analysis for construction.
Manage and utilize the SiteMap™ platform for facility and project management.
Deliver customized reports, maps, and models to meet client needs.
Ensure accuracy in utility locating and concrete scanning.
Maintain a commitment to safety and quality in all interactions and work performed.
