About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer, lead complex implementation projects, and coordinate the setup of the Payment Manager product and related services. You will develop business requirements, create/manage project plans, and coordinate appropriate meetings. You will also establish timelines, track ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery, and provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit. You will work with key partners on project priority and scope, communicate status to the project team and the customer, and proactively identify and resolve problems/issues. Ensuring that project tasks are completed according to established timelines and collaborating/consulting with peers, management, technology, and compliance to deliver an exceptional customer experience are key aspects of this role. Remaining flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and new surroundings while meeting customer's needs is also essential.

Requirements

2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
2+ years experience with Global Payments & Liquidity products through Sales, Customer Service, Product, and/or Implementation
Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementations
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
