About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer, lead complex implementation projects, and coordinate the setup of the Payment Manager product and related services. You will develop business requirements, create/manage project plans, and coordinate appropriate meetings. You will establish timelines and track ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery, provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit, and work with key partners on project priority and scope. You will communicate status to the project team and the customer, proactively identify and resolve problems/issues, and ensure that project tasks are completed according to established timelines. You will collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance to deliver an exceptional customer experience and remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
  • 2+ years experience with Global Payments & Liquidity products through Sales, Customer Service, Product, and/or Implementation
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
