About The Position

This role is for a Govt SAP BPC-MS Project Manager with experience in Web Admin, Account transformation, Logic/Optimization, Dimension Logic/MDX, WebI/BO, Crystal reports, and K-12/education. The position is located at 1450 NE 2nd Avenue Miami, FL, within Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS), and is a 12-month contract.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or similar field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) Version for Microsoft (BPC MS) application.
• Minimum 5 years' of Project Management experience with large scale BPC project implementations in a public sector organization
• BPC solution architecture experience with large scale BPC project implementations in a public sector organization
• Excellent troubleshooting and analyitical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Expert level technical skills
• Experience with the following technical configuration / setup components of the SAP BPC tool include: Requirement design and interpretation, BPC Administration experience and Web Admin, Create and maintain Applications and Application Sets, Dimensions hierarchies and properties, Handling complex scenarios in BPC, Account transformation, Logic and Optimization Experience, Dimension Logic / MDX, Build / design complex input schedules and reports

Nice To Haves

• K-12 budget development experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops and product demonstrations
• Document and track project progress.
• Provide weekly progress updated to stakeholders
• Develop necessary system documentation and deployment plans
• Must work very well with multiple teams, including Management, Maintenance Administrators, SAP Application Developers, and Implementation team.
• Integration of BPC MS with budgeting processes
• Design Budgeting Application (structure and dimensionality) to meet public sector requirements
• Assist with the development/delivery of training
• Design BPC MS/Business Objects Web Intelligence (WebI)/Business Objects Crystal input forms and reports
