About The Position

Guests in The Madison Concourse Hotel's beautiful Governor's Club Lounge enjoy complimentary breakfast, top-shelf cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and desserts in the private lounge with a breathtaking view of the State Capitol. As a Governor's Club Lounge Attendant, you play a part in making this a great Madison experience for our guests! We're looking for a true people-person with knowledge of Madison to give our guests recommendations for food, fun, and other things to do while in our wonderful city.

Requirements

Customer service background is required
People-person with a passion for hospitality
Familiar with Madison

Nice To Haves

Previous hotel or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet prepared by our culinary team
Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the Governor's Club Lounge
Refresh complimentary amenities for our guests throughout the morning
Maintaining inventory and restocking items in the kitchen and Governor's Club Lounge
Assisting guests with any questions they have about the hotel or surrounding area
Acting as a concierge to make recommendations for things to do and see around Madison
Perform other functions as required and directed
