Government Property Supervisor

Great Bay Staffing GroupCambridge, MA

About The Position

This role puts you in charge of Government Property compliance across an entire multi-campus organization—not just one facility. You'll own the GFP transfer process end-to-end, supervise property management professionals, and be the person Program Offices, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering all rely on when government property questions come up. If you're currently handling property management without real authority over the system, this is a step into ownership: reconciliation, audits, subcontractor oversight, and process improvement all run through you. You'll supervise a team while staying hands-on with the technical side of property management—inventory reconciliation, RFID and bar-code systems, and GFP case extensions across every corporate campus. This is a hybrid role (minimum 3 days/week in office) on a 9/80 schedule, and full relocation is provided if you're moving for it. Compensation includes a generous 401K on top of base salary.
