The Government Pricing Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate calculation, analysis, audit, and submission of federally mandated drug pricing for government programs for manufacturers. This role is primarily focused on core government price reporting, including AMP, BP, ASP, 340B, Med Part B/D Inflation rebates and FSS/VA pricing—and supports compliance with complex federal regulations governing pharmaceutical pricing. The Analyst also supports the development and maintenance of policies, SOPs, analytical tools, and quality controls to ensure compliance with evolving federal and state regulations. They will conduct historical audits, identify discrepancies, support remediation actions, and help maintain strong operational compliance standards. In addition to federal pricing responsibilities, the Analyst provides secondary support for state drug price transparency programs, assisting with price increase reporting, new drug introduction filings, and state specific compliance requirements. This position partners closely with Legal, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, and Compliance to ensure accurate reporting, process integrity, and timely submission of all required data.
