The Government Contracts & Proposal Supervisor is a senior, full-time role that leads Anthos|Home's government procurement and proposal strategy, from identifying funding opportunities through establishing and launching new government contracts. This role owns the end-to-end process of monitoring Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other government procurement opportunities, and of producing competitive, fully responsive submissions that increase the organization's government funding. It also maintains a focused set of contract-compliance and procurement-portal responsibilities that keep Anthos|Home's government contracts and grants in good standing. Managed by the Chief of Staff, the Supervisor works collaboratively with the finance, program, and senior leadership teams to build a strong pipeline of government funding and to translate Anthos|Home's programs into clear, compelling proposals.
