Position Overview This role blends governess-level childcare with household management, with a strong emphasis on: Academic support and school engagement Emotional nurturing and role modeling Social and activity coordination Creating a calm, loving, and well-organized home environment This is not a typical nanny role—it is a Mary Poppins gold-standard position for someone who leads with heart, structure, and grace.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a loving, steady role model and emotional support for both girls

- Assist with homework, school projects, and learning organization
- Coordinate extracurricular activities, playdates, and transportation
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children
- Participate in school communication, “mom chats,” and school community involvement
- Foster social skills, confidence, kindness, and emotional resilience
- Manage children’s schedules, calendars, and activity logistics
- Coordinate with school, tutors, and activity providers
- Maintain organized routines and systems within the home
- Support a peaceful, structured environment during father’s travel
- Provide continuity, reassurance, and warmth during a time of change
