About The Position

Integrated Management Strategies (IMS) is seeking an experienced Governance & Investment Review Board (IRB) Analyst to join their healthcare consulting practice. This is a fully remote position within the US, with infrequent travel. The role involves overseeing the scheduling, documentation, and management of IRBs, governance training, and a SharePoint repository, including the development and maintenance of workflows for FPAC governance support. The position is estimated to be supported by two Governance/IRB Analysts.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boards, USDA experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT Governance-related disciplines.
Expertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organization.
Experience preparing high visibility, executive-level presentation materials.

Responsibilities

Develops agendas, maintains the agenda backlog, drafts meeting minutes, tracks action items, and prepares other technical documentation.
Maintains Charters, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Templates.
Facilitates Out-of-Cycle votes and coordination of budget reviews.
Supports business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests.
Attends IRB meetings and tracks approved, denied, and on hold IT spend-items.
Reviews MS Excel reports from budgeting groups and compares multiple iterations of Spend Plan reports.
Maintains KPI reports.
