About The Position

Leuschen Transportation, on behalf of GOVA Plus, is seeking a part-time dispatcher to join their GOVA Plus team. This role involves transporting community members with various accessibility needs throughout the city. The dispatcher will be responsible for assisting clients with route planning and booking rides using preferred applications, ensuring impeccable customer service. The position is open to both new and experienced dispatchers and requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and some day shifts.

Requirements

High school graduate
Excellent customer service
Professional and effective communication in both English and French (oral and written)
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
Ability to work well independently and with others
Good geographic knowledge of Greater Sudbury
Knowledgeable in applicable laws and regulations
Proven organizational, time-management and motivational skills
Effective critical thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
Criminal check/vulnerable sector screening required
