About The Position

This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will ensure our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango.

Requirements

• 1 + year of previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast-pace environment with cocktail serving experience in a bar/lounge/steakhouse or fine dining establishment.
• Maintain accurate and proper comp and cash handling procedures, using POS systems.
• Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining advanced outlet menu, wine and spirits knowledge.
• Food service and drink preparation for the assigned outlet which may include bar, lounge, gaming and dining areas.
• Must have knowledge and ability to perform proper Bottle service, and ability to conduct full wine service, including decanting wine.
• Familiarizing yourself with repeat Guest personal preferences to be able to personalize the service experience.
• Drink preparation, mixers, garnishes and flavor profiles of the offered beverage.
• Having the appropriate knowledge of high profit menu items to be able to describe them in an enticing and informative way based on the Guest’s personal preferences.
