About The Position

This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you are empowered to create memorable experiences for our guests. While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Wines, Spirits, Beverage, Cordials, and after dinner drinks.
• Must have cash handling experience; responsible for all transactions in a Casino environment.
• Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

• Serving and knowing the types of classes and brand names of the products offered.
• Being familiar with substitute items to offer guests if an item is ordered that is not carried.
• Having thorough understanding and knowledge of all drink recipes and the preparation and garnishment of the drinks.
• Understanding the operation of all soda, juice and liquor guns.
• Handling of company funds through cash transaction on the P.O.S. System in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
