This position involves completing opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing the premises. The attendant will stock and maintain work areas, input orders, and process payments. Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food and coffee beverages, managing appliance usage, bussing coffee cart areas and tables, and maintaining cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment. The role also requires obtaining necessary change, managing the cash bank at the end of the shift, completing cashier reports, resolving discrepancies, and securing financial documents. The attendant must adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and report any accidents or unsafe conditions. Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting company assets, and providing excellent guest service are essential. This includes welcoming guests, anticipating needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and fostering positive working relationships. The role requires visual inspection of information and equipment, and the ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. The attendant may need to navigate narrow or elevated spaces and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
