About The Position

We're looking for someone who is an expert with Google Ads and excited about the future of AI. This is NOT a traditional PPC role. We're looking for someone who already understands Google Ads, PPC, and lead generation—but who also wants to learn how AI can transform marketing. You'll have the freedom to experiment, test, and build systems that make our campaigns smarter every single day.

Requirements

2+ years managing Google Ads
Strong understanding of PPC and lead generation
Experience with Search campaigns
Experience with Performance Max
Experience with Conversion tracking
Experience with Landing pages
Experience with Analytics
Data-driven mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.
Experience building automations or workflows
Interest in prompt engineering or AI agents
Loves experimenting and learning

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns daily
Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead
Test landing pages, ad copy, and offers
Use AI tools to generate and test ad variations
Use AI tools to analyze search terms and customer intent
Use AI tools to improve conversion rates
Build reporting and automations
Experiment with new marketing workflows
Collaborate with leadership to create the future of AI-powered marketing at Aspen
