About The Position

At REDSHIFT Creative, we merge world-class creative with data-driven strategy. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist who is a modern, tech-forward builder, passionate about strategy and thriving in day-to-day execution. This role is a unique hybrid, serving as the driving force behind REDSHIFT’s internal growth (client acquisition) while also architecting, executing, and managing high-performing marketing platforms for our client roster. The ideal candidate leverages AI tools as a superpower to automate mundane tasks, supercharge content creation, and operate at a significantly faster pace than traditional marketers.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of executing paid campaigns and driving measurable ROI on ad spend.
  • Deep familiarity managing ad platforms (Meta/Google), analytics tools, and a proven workflow utilizing modern AI tools to accelerate output.
  • Deep, hands-on experience navigating Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (setting up tracking pixels, custom audiences, custom conversions, and budget pacing).
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign to build email sequences and lead-nurturing funnels.
  • Ability to read dashboards (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio) to pull data, analyze ROAS, and translate raw numbers into actionable optimization steps.
  • Knowledge of how to write advanced, iterative prompts in LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) to draft copy variants, brainstorm ad hooks, and conduct rapid audience research.
  • Familiarity with utilizing AI tools for visual brainstorming or asset variation (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI).
  • Basic knowledge of workflow automation tools like Zapier or Make.com.
  • Direct-response copywriting skills for ad copy, landing page headlines, and email subject lines.
  • Ability to research a niche market, understand user psychology, and map out a full-funnel targeting strategy.
  • Skill in generating organic social media ideas and thought-leadership content tailored to agency brand growth.
  • A self-starter with a 'Founder' mindset, proactively identifying and fixing gaps in funnels or processes.
  • Agility to switch between high-level strategy and detailed troubleshooting.
  • Strong project management skills to handle dual priorities of internal agency growth and external client deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on execution of marketing campaigns, including setting up tracking pixels, building landing pages, and launching ads.
  • Daily management and optimization of core platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms (HubSpot/Klaviyo).
  • Deep-dive into data to identify, segment, and target precise audiences for both REDSHIFT and its clients.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative, platform-specific content ideas, including hooks, ad angles, and social copy.
  • Own the agency's lead-generation engine through organic content, email nurturing, and targeted ads.
  • Translate client briefs into profitable marketing realities, monitoring budget pacing, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Zapier) for content variant brainstorming, copy drafting, and market research.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to integrate AI into daily workflows to enhance output quality while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
