Golf Shop Attendant
About The Position
El Rio Golf Course in Tucson, Arizona, is hiring a part-time Golf Shop Attendant to provide friendly, expedient service to guests and assist golf professional staff with golf shop operations, merchandise sales, and other golf-related activities. The position is part of Troon, a global golf and community management company, and offers an opportunity to contribute and grow in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused organization. Compensation is $19.40 per hour. Benefits eligibility includes medical coverage if determined by ACA measurement and a 401(k) with employer match for associates aged 19 and older, subject to applicable plan terms. The position is also eligible for commissions and service charges. The role involves regular reaching with arms and hands; frequent walking, standing, talking, hearing, and handling or operating objects; occasional lifting or moving of up to 30 pounds; and occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception. The noise level is moderately quiet. The attendant works extended hours during golf and holiday seasons and works weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Process customer reservations for golf course guests.
- Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in.
- Arrange and display golf shop inventory as directed.
- Collect green fees, cart fees, and other revenue from guests and process payments in the POS system as trained.
- Issue receipts for guest purchases.
- Take messages for staff or guests.
- Assist with packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
- Assist with reconciling cash and accounts receivable charges to the daily register at closing.
- Perform related duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
