About The Position

Lakewood National Golf Club in Bradenton, Florida, is hiring a full-time Golf Shop Attendant for a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property. The attendant supports golf shop and course operations by assisting arriving guests, processing reservations and payments, maintaining inventory displays, and helping with daily cash and account reconciliation. The role is part of Troon, a global golf and community management company.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for golf course guests.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests and help expedite the check-in process.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as directed.
• Collect green fees, cart fees, and other revenue, and process transactions in the POS system as trained.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist with packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assist with reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to the daily register at closing.
• Perform related duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
