About The Position

Wedgewood Weddings is seeking enthusiastic Pub & Grille Servers to provide service in its pub, concession areas, golf course restaurant, and occasionally on the beverage cart. The role focuses on creating a welcoming guest experience, taking and serving food and beverage orders, preparing alcoholic beverages, handling payments, restocking supplies, and supporting daily opening and closing operations. Servers may also assist with food preparation using a deep fryer and grill.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help ensure they have a positive experience.
• Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide timely, accurate service in the golf course restaurant, pub, and concession areas.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages.
• Process payments accurately and balance cash during the shift.
• Restock supplies and help ensure operations run smoothly.
• Assist with setup and cleanup as part of opening and closing duties.
• Help prepare food using a deep fryer and grill when needed.
• Occasionally provide beverage-cart service to guests on the golf course.
