Golf Restaurant Server
About The Position
Wedgewood Weddings is seeking a Pub & Grille Server to provide service in its golf course restaurant, pub, concession areas, and occasionally on the beverage cart. The role involves welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, processing payments, restocking supplies, and assisting with opening and closing duties. Servers may also help prepare food using a deep fryer and grill when needed and provide refreshments to guests on the course. The position calls for a polished, professional, reliable, and flexible hospitality professional committed to delivering an excellent guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience.
- Passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Understanding of safe food and beverage handling practices.
- Strong customer service skills.

- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and help create an enjoyable experience.
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders in the golf course restaurant, pub, and concession areas.
- Provide timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages.
- Process payments accurately and balance cash throughout the shift.
- Restock supplies and help ensure operations run smoothly.
- Assist with setup and cleanup for opening and closing.
- Help with food preparation using the deep fryer and grill when needed.
- Occasionally provide refreshments to guests from the beverage cart while they are on the course.
