About The Position
ELS is hiring for the position of Golf Pro Shop Asst (PT)-Country Club in Cathedral City, California. The Pro Shop Attendant assists with the management of the property’s golf shop.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Communicate and respond by phone, email and in person regarding inquiries, course conditions and special member events.
- Detail oriented.
- Comfortable handling money.
- Ability to balance the cash register.
- Operate point of sale system to charge members merchandise and/or rental purchases
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have a current valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, answer questions and provide customer service.
- Schedule tee times.
- Sell snacks and beverages.
- Handle cash and run the cash register.
- Fill out the outside cart checklist sheet provided daily.
