About The Position

The Golf Pro Shop Attendant will be responsible for moving carts from the cart barn to the Pro Shop on a daily basis. This includes ensuring carts are clean and have the appropriate amount of gas before being made available for guest use. The role also involves performing minor cleaning tasks in and around the Pro Shop as assigned.

Requirements

18 or older required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work any shift, weekends and holidays
Must have a professional, courteous and friendly manner
Previous cash handling/customer service experience
Must be able to occasionally bend/stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, crouch, kneel and repeatedly carry up to 50 lbs
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks within service time frames established by the company

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of golf course operations is desired.

Responsibilities

Greet golf course guests entering the pro shop
Set up tee times and collect greens fees or cart fees on Tsnap
Restock merchandise as necessary
Maintain an accurate cash bank at all times and deposits money as established
Pick up practice range balls from the driving range and keep range ball supply stocked in the golf shop
Loading, unloading and cleaning guests’ golf clubs and storing clubs in club storage area
Assist with golf outings and tournaments
Assist with Snack Bar sales as needed depending on business levels
Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
Operate Beverage cart as needed
