About The Position

The Pro Shop Attendant will be responsible for various tasks related to the daily operations of the golf pro shop. This includes managing golf carts, assisting guests, handling transactions, maintaining the shop's appearance, and supporting golf events. The role requires a customer-focused individual with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work any shift, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Previous cash handling/customer service experience.
• Must be able to occasionally bend/stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, crouch, kneel and repeatedly carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks within service time frames.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of golf course operations is desired.

Responsibilities

• Move carts from the cart barn to the Pro Shop daily.
• Ensure carts are clean and have sufficient gas before guest use.
• Perform minor cleaning in and around the Pro Shop.
• Greet golf course guests entering the pro shop.
• Set up tee times and collect fees using Tsnap.
• Restock merchandise as needed.
• Maintain an accurate cash bank and make deposits.
• Pick up practice range balls and stock range ball supply.
• Load, unload, and clean guests' golf clubs, and store them.
• Assist with golf outings and tournaments.
• Assist with Snack Bar sales as needed.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Operate the Beverage cart as needed.
