The Golf Outside Services position is the first and last point of contact for customers at City-operated golf courses and is responsible for providing superior service while maintaining the finest amenities. Golf Outside Services maintains a clean, organized work environment while presenting a professional image for the areas of focus that include, but are not limited to, bag drop, cart barn, and practice facilities. This position is required to work a combination of morning and afternoon/evening shifts on weekdays, weekends and holidays. The position may be scheduled up to 25 hours per week (3 shifts). Acceptance of gratuities is permitted in this position classification. Employees in this position classification shall be responsible for proper reporting (including IRS) of all gratuities.
