Golf Outside Operations
About The Position
Key Responsibilities: Greet members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival. Assist with bag drop and loading/unloading golf bags from vehicles and carts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging area, and golf carts. Set up and break down the driving range and other practice areas. Wash and refuel golf carts, ensuring they are clean and safe for use. Monitor pace of play and assist with on-course services if needed. Provide accurate and courteous information about course conditions, rules, and policies. Ensure golf bags are stored and retrieved in a timely and organized manner. Assist with tournament setup and breakdown, including signage, coolers, and cart signs. Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Professional staff or management. Requirements Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or golf operations is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Passion for golf and an understanding of the game is preferred but not required Work Environment: Outdoor environment with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Requires working in various weather conditions such as sun, rain, wind, and heat. $11.00 an hour plus tips
