Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Friendly and positive personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of the game of golf preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Staging golf carts for daily play and tournament play
- Maintaining cleanliness of the bag rooms and cart barns
- Attending to all bag drops and assisting customers with their golf bags
- Providing directions to the driving range, golf shop, snack bar, and restaurant
- Maintaining the driving range and practice range areas throughout the day
- Picking golf balls from the driving range, washing range balls, and refilling range machines
- Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings
- Maintains consistent communication with the Golf Shop and Starter as needed
- Cheerfully interacts and delivers world-class customer service to all guests
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
