About The Position
At The Club at Twin Lakes, we strive to provide an enjoyable and respectful experience for all golfers. We are seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Starter and/or Ranger, helping maintain course standards and ensure a smooth pace of play. Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of golf etiquette and pace of play
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must possess valid driver's license.
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

Responsibilities
- Greet players, manage tee times, and ensure groups start on schedule
- Monitor pace of play and assist golfers throughout the course
- Help enforce club policies, including dress code and golf course rules
- Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere for all guests
- Communicate expectations clearly and respectfully
- Report any issues or concerns to golf shop staff
- Staff in this role will assist in reinforcing the following:
- USGA Rules govern all play except where modified by local rules
- 4-hour pace of play; groups must keep up with the group ahead
- Proper course care: repair ball marks, rake bunkers, fill/replace divots
- Cart path rules on Par 3 holes
- Out of bounds defined by white stakes
- No outside alcoholic beverages permitted
- Dress code must be followed at all times
