About The Position

The Outside Operations staff’s main job is knowledge, hospitality, and customer service. The outside operations staff is the first and last point of contact of members and guests of The Ohio State University Golf Club. It is of the upmost importance for the staff to make sure that they are always attentive to members and guests needs.

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable of all duties they are required to complete.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all patrons first, in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Cleaning and refilling of all restroom supplies in the clubhouse.
  • Vacuum the entire clubhouse area.
  • Take out the trash.
  • Report any issues encountered to the professional staff.
  • Basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and unclogging toilets.
  • Cleaning the team building.
  • Picking up/cleaning balls and basic maintenance of the range.
