About The Position

The Outside Golf Operations Attendant is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional first impression of the Club by assisting members and guests upon arrival and supporting the daily flow of golf operations. Responsibilities include handling golf equipment, staging and maintaining golf carts to the highest standards, and ensuring all practice and golf areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day. The role also supports tournament operations and overall member service by delivering attentive, friendly assistance and maintaining an exceptional guest experience at all times. All team members are expected to consistently demonstrate the Club's core values of hospitality, excellence, teamwork, and pride in every aspect of their work.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression of the Club.
• Assist members and guests with golf bag handling, staging, and transportation of equipment.
• Provide general course and Club information to support a positive playing experience and strong member relations.
• Prepare, stage, and maintain golf carts to a high standard of cleanliness and readiness, ensuring each cart is fully stocked with necessary supplies such as towels, scorecards, pencils, tees, ice, and water.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all outside areas, including the driving range, practice facilities, putting greens, chipping areas, and cart staging locations.
• Monitor and restock supplies by regularly checking inventory levels and communicating needs as appropriate.
• Assist guests with rental clubs, including preparation, delivery, and retrieval.
• Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of tournament and golf event operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the needs of the golf operation and overall guest experience.
