About The Position

The Golf Instructor delivers high-quality instruction to individuals and groups, assessing clients’ skill levels and tailoring lessons to their needs. The role provides feedback and guidance to improve golf techniques, develops personalized training plans and goals, and organizes and conducts golf clinics and workshops. The instructor also maintains golf equipment and the training area and stays current with golf industry trends and teaching methods.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a golf instructor or golf teaching professional.
• Deep knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to analyze and correct golf swings.
• Patience and a passion for helping others improve their golf game.

Nice To Haves

• Golf teaching certification, such as PGA or equivalent.
