Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of table service standards.
Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
Ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation.
May be required: to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

Answers the phone courteously and takes tee time reservations.
Checks daily play receipts from all golfers, ensuring that everyone has paid prior to teeing off.
Announces the order of play to the #1 Tee Box in a timely and orderly fashion.
Maintains the range ball inventory, ensuring that there is an adequate supply at all times.
Responds to all customer concerns, questions, and complaints in a positive, respectful, and courteous manner at all times.
Performs other duties as appropriate or necessary for performance of the job.
Fills in for other staff as necessary and/or required.
Attends meetings, classes, and trainings as required or requested by supervisor.
Encouraged to recommend changes to improve procedures that would result in efficiencies, cost savings and safety.
Communicates actively, clearly and regularly with supervisor and co-workers on all work-related topics.
Possesses excellent oral and written skills to communicate effectively as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
