About The Position

Eagle's Landing Country Club, a premier private club in Stockbridge, Georgia, is seeking a talented Golf Course Superintendent to lead the maintenance and enhancement of its Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course. Requirements

Minimum associate degree in Turfgrass Management or similar field.
5+ years turf grass management experience required.
Advanced knowledge of agronomy and turfgrass management practices with the ability to teach others.
A strong business aptitude and passion for the golf business.
Current (or ability to obtain) state certification or licensing as a pesticide applicator.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the agronomics to produce playing conditions outlined in the course’s business plan.
Attract and develop talent at all levels of golf course maintenance to create a highly functional team.
Focus on the business of agronomy, technology, continuing education, and long-term strategic planning.
