This position is under the direction of the Director of Agronomy and Golf Division Director, and is fully responsible for all maintenance functions, facilities, equipment, and staff associated with Burke Lake Golf Course. Develops and implements a comprehensive turf management program, directs the work of staff related to turf management, irrigation, equipment repair and general building maintenance and custodial duties and conducts moderately complex budgeting and accounting tasks. Conducts staff training, development, and recognition activities and coordinates maintenance activities with the site manager to ensure maximum utilization of the multi- course complex. Additionally, completes and submits various financial, administrative, and statistical reports and complies and retains operational and safety records. Note: Some overtime or compensation time may be required. Candidates are required to submit a complete summary of their relevant experience.
