About The Position

Panther Run Golf Club at Del Webb Naples is looking for dependable and hardworking Golf Course Maintenance Associates to help keep our course in top condition. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment. Located within the beautiful, master planned Del Webb Naples community, Panther Run features 18 pristine holes of championship golf and a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests alike. Our on-site restaurant, The Rusty Putter, adds to the experience with quality dining in a relaxed, inviting setting.

Requirements

Two years of golf course maintenance experience OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Good organizational and verbal skills.
Ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues.
Ability to perform basic mathematical skills, monitors and develops subordinates, visually monitor the operation areas, write and read member communication.
Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 80 lbs., up to 40 lbs. frequently and up to 20 lbs. constantly.
Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting and grasping for up to 4 hours without sitting.
Ability to consistently lift, carry and load adaptive and other equipment that may weigh 30 or more pounds, and sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes.

Responsibilities

Keeps all equipment in good, clean working condition.
Maintains a clean golf course and maintenance complex.
Reports all problems regarding equipment to the Mechanic and or Assistant Superintendent.
Completes duties as directed by supervisor in a timely manner.
Demonstrates courtesy to all Members and Guests at all times.
Obeys all safety procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
