About The Position

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Grounds Crew for the summer season. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes. As part of the grounds team, you will help ensure the course is kept in excellent condition for daily play.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Prior landscaping or golf course experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough using various types of equipment
• Operate landscaping tools such as trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles
• Rake bunkers and maintain sand traps
• Assist with irrigation tasks, including watering and minor repairs
• Perform general course upkeep such as divot repair, debris removal, and edging
• Follow safety guidelines and proper equipment handling procedures
• Support special projects as assigned by the Superintendent or Crew Leader
