About The Position

West Seattle Golf Course, located in Seattle, WA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Golf Cart Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

• Must have strong customer/guest orientation
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be dependable
• Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
• Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance
• Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day
• Cleans, fuels, and checks carts after each use
• Cleans and maintains cart barn
• Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times
• Receives and communicates complains to the Pro Shop
• Works closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournament
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
