The Golf Cart Attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• 100% attendance
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly
• Comfortable being near people of all ages and genders
• Excellent listening skills
• Eagerness to provide exceptional service
• Safety-minded and focused
• Strong attention to detail
• Work well under pressure and in high-stress situations
• Alert and focused on tasks for prolonged periods
• Excellent communication skills

• May be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete those tasks with the same enthusiasm and dedication as you would with your usual job duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service the carts before and in between guest uses
• Instruct guests on how to properly operate the golf carts
• Assign golf carts to guests
• Inspect golf carts upon guest returns
• Clean and sanitize carts
• Report damages to the office staff
