About The Position

The Golf Cart Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by managing the cleanliness, organization, and staging of golf carts. This role supports golf operations by preparing carts for use, assisting guests with loading and unloading equipment, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment at the cart staging area.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
Ability to drive and operate golf carts safely and responsibly
Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
Must be able to lift, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs (e.g., golf bags, carts)
Valid driver’s license may be required based on location and local laws

Responsibilities

Provide professional, friendly, and timely service to all guests and golfers
Clean, sanitize, and inspect golf carts to ensure they are in safe, working condition before and after use
Stage golf carts in an organized, accessible manner based on tee times and guest traffic
Assist guests with loading and unloading golf bags, equipment, and personal items
Monitor battery levels, fuel (if applicable), and report any maintenance needs to supervisors or golf course mechanics
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging area, and nearby facilities
Collect and return used carts to the barn area, ensuring proper storage and charging procedures are followed
Follow all safety and operational guidelines for cart use and guest interaction
Support the golf team with additional duties such as picking the driving range, cleaning clubs, or assisting with tournaments and events
Provide clear, courteous directions and assistance to guests around the golf facility
