To support that challenge, we are currently seeking a Golden Harvest Sales Representative in South Dakota. This role involves providing access to the industry’s broadest and most varied portfolio of hybrids, recruiting, developing, and managing a team of professional resellers, and engaging in consultative selling with customers. The representative will deliver plans and offers to targeted customers through selected channel partners, create demand at the customer level, and coach Seed Advisors on product placement. Additionally, the role requires managing operational budgets, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds, as well as developing territory-level and Seed Advisor business plans to grow territory sales.
