This role involves providing access to the industry’s broadest and most varied portfolio of hybrids, recruiting, developing, and managing a team of professional resellers, and engaging in consultative selling with customers. The representative will create demand at the customer level, coach Seed Advisors on product placement, manage operational budgets and expenses, and develop territory-level business plans to grow sales.
