The Gold Relationship Manager provides high quality customer service, ensuring deposit and quality loan growth while enforcing compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, proactively cross-selling products, performing daily monitoring and analysis of the portfolio, and conducting daily customer calls. The position requires building and expanding customer relationships through outbound calls, attending events, and individual/team sales efforts. The Gold Relationship Manager is responsible for selling and servicing all bank products and services, including personal and business account opening, while meeting or exceeding monthly goals. They will also prospect and solicit new personal and business relationships. The role includes performing various account services, processing daily overdrafts and uncollected reports, and providing guidance on teller-related transactions and branch procedures. Additionally, the position supports the branch manager in ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations, and adheres to daily opening and closing procedures. The role actively supports the team, assists with training and mentoring new associates, and maintains accurate records and documentation. A thorough understanding of bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements (BSA/AML, CDD, EDD) is essential. The role requires attending all assigned training, acting within Signature Authority Level if applicable, and adhering to the bank's Employee Handbook.
